Vision Statement for Physical Education

“It is our aim for all students at Dartmouth Academy to be inspired through their experiences in physical education, school sport and physical activity that will lead to lifelong participation”

 

As a PE Department we aim to:

· Promote health and well being through monitoring fitness levels three times a year

· Provide high quality opportunities and outcomes in extra curricular sport

· Assist each individual to be the best they can be

· Encourage community involvement through sports coaching

· Promote lifelong learning, active participation and competition by providing a broad curriculum

· Raise achievement and support excellence in examination PE

- Promote and support the Olympic and Paralympic Values
