I really like all the books in the Maze Runner series because they all have a great storyline that doesn’t get boring. The books are about a boy called Thomas who wakes up in a place called the Glade which is surrounded by big stone walls with openings on each side. As the books go on, he keeps remembering more and more things, like the fact that he was once a member of W.I.C.K.E.D, the group who sent all the boys to the maze. Out of the whole series I think the second book, 'The Scorch Trials' is best. I went through that one in 3 weeks. Once you start the series you won’t be able to put it down because where ever you stop, it ends on a cliffhanger and makes you have to read on. 'The Death Cure' I went through in 2 weeks because I was so desperate to know what happens at the end. I would give the books a 9.5/10 and would recommend the books to anyone who likes fast moving action packed books, and like Divergent or the Hunger Games. Review by Sam, Year 8
