Year 5 and 6 create volcano models

As part of their Scientific Numeracy learning, children in Years 5 and 6 have been creating working models of volcanoes. The learners measured the ingredients, bicarbonate of soda and vinegar, then timed how long their explosions lasted. They really enjoyed seeing the explosion, it was just like lava!
